Management Team

The R.P. Anderson Company Inc. project management team will consist of our design group and project management team. Specialized consultants are chosen to round out this part of the management team.

R.P. Anderson then partners with its client to work from the projects inception through the Implementation of subsequent A/E contracts. It is important to understand that individual team members remain throughout thus assuring a continuity from the beginning to the end.

Initially, this project goes beyond the traditional Architectural, Engineering, and Planning tasks in that projects established in this master plan will be awarded to additional Architectural and Engineering firms in a continuation of the Implementation Plan. It is in this arena that R.P. Anderson's One Source - Program Management philosophy provides the experienced team skilled in the overall coordination of multiple A/E and Contractor firms. This is discussed further under the Project Control Approach Section.
